If only you knew how many times I've had to deal with this invalid argument. If you really want to know the solution you will need to go and search it out in my 350+ stories on the subject. I don't see the point wasting the energy trying to argue this stuff any longer, I go through the physics and the economics over and over, but if you are an investor, as I guess from your moniker, you will believe whatever you want to believe, because it comes down to your trade being at the root cause of the physical problems, and you will never want to accept that I guess.
