I would suggest a further restriction on this, whilst adding additional stakeholder concerns that have already been addressed by the solution of a solar hydrogen ecology to the global energy problem; They should concentrate on finding the solution in hydrogen plastics generation technology, which must exist, since there are parallels between hydrogen and fossil fuels in every category of problems encountered so far, where a solution was found in fossil fuels, similar solutions, actually more solutions are available by hydrogen, because hydrogen is the simpler element, it does many things fossil fuels can't do (like power fuel cells, which replace batteries, for example. Also it even creates food in the form of "Solein"). Anything fossil fuels can do, hydrogen can do better, including the making of plastics, I would say, The energy polarity multiplier framework explains another reason why this has to be the case.
