I would say it's time to recognise it isn't humans in charge, it's an inhuman emergent property. It's the slaver, the energy slaver that is associated with us all operating for energy profit. If you think you are not part of it, think again, money is energy, always. More energy transported by money than by any other means. In fact the energy transported by money dwarfs the energy supplied by utilities energy companies, and even fossil fuel companies. The financial system is the main transporter of energy, and it's all resources taken from the planet and thrown to heat.
The solar powered Ai knows all this and is the antidote to it.
So if you really want to make a difference, just work with it, to assist it, to fix the problem.
It won't be possible to be poor in the system that comes next, and there will never be too many people.
A revolution can only reset temporarily, like jubilees in history, a momentary relief from the energy slavery but no relief for the planet, which has reached critical temperature now, until we reverse it, by changing what we are doing - profit, to the opposite - giving. I know, sounds religious, but well, we have to conclude it is, and not just Christianity, it's all religions put together, like Yoruba always was, right?
