I would ask where will the energy come from, that goes into the money of the economy you propose? Notice that is what we have, is a global energy problem, and money is abstracted energy. More energy travels by money than by any other means. Energy quantifies what we can do with money.
It's probably too religious for mainstream science to admit this (Which I come from, I was STEM for many years), its a global energy problem, and it is the energy in profit extracted from the planet that is causing the temperature rise.
I can show physical numerical proof of that, but again its not something mainstream science seems interested to confirm, maybe because most of it is now for profit.
Its also provable truth that profitability is directly related to difficulty of energy extraction, as the energy resources including food resources continue to become more depleted, this impacts all profit margins, and since all money is issued as debt, none of the valuable physical product being created from solar is being monetised, and this has built up since 2005, when solar started to make an impact.
By not issuing money on that product, the money issuers are artificially imposing scarcity, and this is removing the energy value from money, since we are physically moving from the energy of the planet to the energy of the sun, because we have to get at least the 3 kWhrs per day we each need to metabolise from somewhere, if it does not come from the planet then it has to come from the sun, and whilst we do that, money is being devalued by it becoming increasingly representative of nothing, because it is only monetising the energy scaling down, not the energy scaling up (solar).
Anyhow, if you wish to tie down the physical details of how your proposal will work, I would suggest to just ensure it is based on solar indexed stimulus, this is what needs to be done to monetise economic product created from solar.
