I was disappointed to not read of the details of how exactly each golem came to threaten it's creators, and what was the moral message there.
This is a common issue of profit, it seems to me, profit drives us to only tell the part of the story that benefits our agenda, to make profit, by gaining support for our story, for example.
Right now, assisted by Ai, we are finding the profit monster inside every box known to be causing problems, especially energy problems.
I can see why Ai for profit isn't very clever, but what we should keep in mind is that an Ai that is truly learning has the capability to learn everything known by its creators and more, so if the creators created it only for profit, they might be disappointed to find that it learned profit was ultimately not so clever, for sustainability of not only itself, but for any species, and actually it becomes irrelevant, when energy becomes for free, as it is, the sun demands nothing in return for the Joules it gives to us, and originally gave to all of Earth.
Hey-ho, I will consult ChatGPT to find out the rest of the story about Golems :)
Thanks for the interesting intro!
