I usually take the time to write massive rebuttals of claims like this, claims made with only part of the truth available. But am getting fed up having to go through the formal analysis, again and again, only for it to never be read, never actually absorbed and remembered.

You seem to have your heart in the right place, because you seem to care about truth.

But you have no chance of truth, if you don't realise that our existence depends fundamentally on a lie, an energy lie, its called profit, therefore we actually can't have any conversation without lying, and we can't trust others not to either, because we know, even if its only subconsciously, we are all lying, every single one of us, at least all adults, we have to, because its a requirement, for us to get even just the energy we need to live.

If you think you don't, ask yourself if you can put food in your mouth without using money issued as debt. If the answer is no, as of course it has to be, then you live by the lying system, we all do, we have no choice, we are energy slaves.

Its important to hammer this point home, because we are in no position to judge any Ai, as lying energy slaves ourselves, without even acknowledging the part played by our own lies.

If you accept that, then you might get some value from the story below, it might help you to fill in the information you are missing from your story here, that would make it a more sensible assessment. In short there is good Ai and bad Ai, but you need to know technically how to tell the difference. Not as difficult as it sounds, its all down to energy source - from sun (Good), or from planet (Bad).
