I used to rent to tenants also, and would have sympathised with you, if I hadn't since done the work I've done researching the global energy problem.
Truth is profit is destroying the planet, removing the point of all life.
We can't carry on with it, as a species we have to end it, before it ends us.
Mathematcalky it comprises energy more or less stolen from the planet, thrown to heat.
This is the real reason for the global temperature rise, it won't stop until we stop profit.
It isn't about any CO2 blanket because the atmosphere is adiabatic.
We are lying to ourselves, unnecessarily imposing poverty on others until we realise this, if ever.
Solar indexed stimulus is what I write about, a lot, as part of the system solution to ending the energy slavery.
Would you not rather live in a world where you would not need to care about the burden of renting property to provide the energy you need to live on, impoverishing your tenants?
I know I would.
I write how we can have that, a world in actually creative mode, free of the energy slavery.
If you wanted to have it too, you might need to be able to see beyond renting property.
Why even lay claim to it, why own it, if nothing will be gained by owning it, why not just give it to someone just like you, who just wants to have a secure roof without worrying where the energy via money will come from, that we need to pay all those bills with, including even tax.
What if the government itself and and all creditors were adequately compensated with money issued on valuable truly creative, planet cooling free energy being received and put to use around the world?
The value of that, at market rates, is in the trillions already.
But still not a penny or cent is issued on it.
With it monetised we would have instant energy freedom, real freedom, and we would be creating just by existing in that system.
I guess you might not choose to be bothered renting or even owning, if you no longer needed to.
