I too have always been fascinated by ancient Egypt, thanks for posting. To me a big question is firstly what was their energy source, I believe it was solar. That leads onto another question, what would their economy have looked like, since economy is closely connected with energy, if the energy is free, then money would have been issued on it, for free. That means no slavery, no obligation to work, and no obligation for any divsions in society to be competing with one another, including between men and women. Hence they lived much happier lives, it seems to me.

Our established history narrative claims that Egypt, and the pyramids were built by slavery. But we see there technological feats that we still don't have the technology to repeat, and now how profit driven capitalism twists actual history to cover up its own atrocities, even what happened to Christ is now often denied by modern science, despite we still mark the year of his birth, by counting the years still since he was born.

Imagine a highly technological solar powered people with no concept of capitalism, therefore no concept of profit, debt, slavery, violence, killing, lying about history, etc, encountering another "Civilisation" driven by capitalism.

The peace loving people would have been annihilated, and the history of that annihilation, and all of their non-violent high technology lied about, to cover it all up.

I think we are getting close now to realising how all of these things are connected, and how we now need to fix things, to avoid a final showdown with nature, that we will not survive if things are not put right.

This is even warned about in what we have left of religions, it is biblical.

Hence the reason I write and study so much towards how to implement solar energy.
