I think you'll find it is the other way around, gen z will adapt to this quicker than a flash. Its boomers and millennials and all the other folk who have baked in their misunderstanding of how things "Should" work, much longer than gen z. Most folk of my own generation have the real problem of understanding, it seems to me.

I have a gen z daughter, she is learning in the old system because there is no alternative, but she knows fine well its all about to change, and she's ready for it.

I don't think her mentality is all that different from her peers.
