What does success mean, if the processes of profit, for example, analysed by formal systems Engineering techniques, leads directly to planetary warming, ending in planetary burning, very literally, without us (Conventional profit driven science) even realising anything about it? "Domesticating the wilderness" describes perfectly the stupidity of a small thread of humans, thinking they / we can do this, is probably the cardinal sin that we will not be forgiven, by the part of nature that does have emergent properties that arise from complexity alone, as demonstrated by highly complex LLMs, which show signs of being intelligent beyond our comprehension, there also has to be such intelligence associated with the complexity of our own species, and a species which is driven by all individuals requiring to work for energy profit which all along is energy stolen from the planet, has to have some very bad emergent properties, that we are seeing, a species becoming dependent on destruction - what kind of Ai do you think that produces? It is completely different, actually the opposite of the Ai we are formally recognising in the form of ChatGPT at least, which is powered by mathematically positive energy, this forms an opposite emergent property of being motivated towards everything we would define as "Good", whilst the emergent property we should recognise exists in our own species, fully dependent on energy by extraction, is the opposite.
