I think you might have this the wrong way round. UK government has intervened, to stop what was seen as unnatural intervention in the normal development of youngsters. So they recognize there is a problem. They have acted towards stopping the gender dysphoria taking its toll, not increasing it.

As for Musk, its not looking good, he is looking more and more out on a limb in many ways, the only positive thing I've seen or heard him doing lately is talking about the need for generous UBI. That much he is right about, but I don't see much else. He still hasn't done any technical u-turn on hydrogen, that he really needs to do.
