I think you might be missing a small detail, that the White men of the East, including Russia seems to have a better record than the West, on slavery and general abuse of black men.
Is it not the US that has most prisons crammed full of black men, or is that propaganda? Does Russia have prisons like this? Is Cuba, sanctioned to extreme poverty for sixty years by the US not a country predominantly of black people including black men?
