I think it misses the point, to only ask about racism, if we are really seeking to fix it, we need to ask more on what causes it.

Dwelling forever only on the symptoms, of which racism is only one, will never fix any of the problems we see.

I think we / the system are far less likely to pursue issues questioning the real source of the problems; our economy, as long as our liveliehoods still depend on it.
