I think it is interesting how you see something as fundamental as bandwidth whiich we can never have enough of, but which in the case of Starlink can only come at cost of more satellites, which statistically have to end in disaster by their sheer weight of numbers trashing the whole system by a cascading collision event, all driven by profit, to satisfy VC investors, as having any kind of future at all, far less a world dominating future.

It is a little like thinking extraction of energy from Earth, again for profit, has a world dominating future.

World ending, maybe, but world dominating, or even surviving slightly sustainably, that is a totally illogical conclusion, it seems to me.

I swear we, the profit driven world, must have been genetically programmed to think like this. No other explanation makes any sense at all.
