I think it is a little late to be trying to rethink Bitcoin, though your effort is commendable, I would love to see it come to something because it looks like Bitcoin might be floundering under whale miners.
Though I think your analysis is good, I think it could be much better by addition of considerations of the energy aspect of any proposed currency, similarly to "The Bitcoin Kardashev Hinge" (search it out in Medium).
The summary of that is that money is energy, this is what is actually transported, stored, and distributed by money of any kind, the energy content of the money is directly represented by its market value.
Hence why Eth made a big mistake going to pos, and why any crypto has to be pow to have any actual value at all, and why that actual value is limited only by the energy it took to make each token.
This is the real secret power of crypto, the capability to convert energy directly to money, and when the energy is free to receive after implementation of the means to receive, then the money becomes ideal UBI.
The only energy which fits that criteria is solar, by being mathematically positive, that is added to Earth rather than subtracted. Then we get to go genuinely truly energy independent, with ideal currency generated by the free energy of the sun, which distributes said energy to all people.
We are much closer to something like that than most folk realise.
So I would urge you to ensure your crypto is pow, with all server capicity entirely solar powered from the outset - start as you mean to go on, so as to speak
