I see most of those as observation, if maybe expressed in justifiably emotive language, whereas you describe them as beliefs.

The reason I believe they are observation, is based on making similar observations in life, in my own experience, backed up by the evidence that far more people of colour are locked up, than white, despite the former being the minority in the population.
