I remember you have elites in Portugal, the banks and money issuers, they have plenty money for it, they just have to be persuaded to hand it out, same as here in UK, and the states, and well, every developed country, we probablly all need to do it together. The reason we have inflation is due to this, the economic product created by domestic and community solar is not being monetised.

I am on your side btw, wasn't meaning to sound critical, most folk seem convinced we are finished, that is the normal perception I think.
