I read a little of this and the first part of your series. It is interesting, but appears flawed to me.
Green hydrogen costs nothing if it is created from Joules received for free per Joule, that is requiring no work of extraction per Joule.
The only form of energy we know which comes like that is from the sun, and those Joules are added to Earth, rather than subtracted from Earth.
Presumably white hydrogen from Earth can be exhausted. Therefore it is not for free, it comes at a cost to Earth. The Joules we might get from it are subtracted from Earth.
Whereas hydrogen from Joules of solar is addtional to Earth, a free monetisable income to Earth, and all people, if we put it to use.
