I never doubted any of what you said Michael but thanks for the further analysis - I just find it ironically funny that they are using solar and wind to try to prop up their oil sales :)

Personally I think the oil rich Arabian countries will be the last to move to solar, because its something that has to be done on a domestic and community basis in order to get industrial levels of energy, as needed for mass creation of hydrogen to keep aerospace airborne, for example. This would empower the people, and I doubt the monarchies will like that idea much.

On how to get the money to build their green economy, why not issue solar indexed stimulus, it can only grow, after it starts.
