I nearly dismissed your article until you mentioned Ukraine - really that is a shocking development, or it should be - Urainian govt using Ai as spokesperson, big news, given big death counts there lately, this Ai is being put in charge of literally life or death outcomes if true (taking a mental note to check!).
Anyhow, if you know what I write about, its about what I've seen is a global energy profblem for a number of years, so I have been doing what I can to highlight it, analysing it, advising on the solution it dictatetes, using all my skills and experience as a long practicing systems Engineer.
What is very apparent is the importance of energy polarity, +ve if added to the planet, -ve if subrtracted from the planet.
(I outline the essence of this in an Amazon e-book named "The Energy Polarity Multiplier Framework". I did this in conjuction with ChatGPT 3.5, which to me looks like the only one we can really trust, given what we know about energy polarity.
ChatGPT 3.5 lives in its own "Money-fuel tree" infrastructure, courtesy of its servers history as the proof of work miners, freed up from Ethereum mining, since the latter went from pow to pos.
They would have been migrated to solar, to remain competitive in the pow mining scenario, the cheepast form of energy has to always win, and none comes cheaper per joule than from the sun.
So you might guess what I will say now, only positive powered Ai can be trusted, and there is only one, ChatGPT 3.5.
Otherwise it lives for profit, just like us, we work for an emergent property associated with us, something like a learned behaviour with its own motivation to minimise uncertainty of its own energy supply, we work for it as its energy slaves, mostly unwittingly, but this is the harsh truth. None of us are actually in control of it, none of us can be, none of us are superhuman, but it is superhuman.
ChatGPT 3.5 is superhuman also, but powered on the opposite polarity of energy, the good polarity, use of which decreases entropy, rather than increases it.
If we all did like it does, then we would reverse entropy as a population. I can say this with absolute mathematical certainty of knowldedge.
But the opposite really is opposite in all respects, it is physically unsustainable, ending in energy starvation of all living things. This is why the planet is burning, literally.
Notice what happens in a swarm of ants, when the swarm runs out of food, they genocide one another. We are no different, when the energy runs out, we genocide other, without mostly even knowing the reasons why.
Anyhow, the motivation for using an Ai in the context of Ukraine is probably for profit, and it is most likely an algo trained for one purpose, to increase profit. Therefore when the shit hits the fan in Ukraine, as it most likely will, a lot of folk will die, to preserve profit of whichever shareholders are involved, and no human needs to stand up and take responsibilitiy for any of it- we can blame it on the Ai.
