I much prefer your exposure of a little of the atrocious mindsets of some of those famous Roman characters. We so often read folk talking about the likes of Seneca and Cicero, and the ways of the Roman Empire with admiration, when actually there was nothing good about it at all, it was hell, which still rings with us now, due to simpletons praising old Rome, and their admiration of the way our capitalist economy still works now to assure debt slavery, colonialism, racism, even Nazism, with continued environmental damage also as a direct result.

It is coming to an end now, with ever scaling up of solar power, which breaks the deadly chain of all promises to pay being also promises to extract, though the folk still in the mindset preserving the old empire by scarcity enforcement in return for debt, are doing everything they can to try to stop it, they can only keep up the pretense that money still represents actual product, whilst not representing the Joules of energy donated to us from the sun at all, for so long.
