I love the no-nonsense way you've characterised this Indi. Simple genius, as always, seems to work best.

We are coming to the conclusion that the drive for profit is destroying everything, as it has to, if we follow the systems engineering through from all of the profit driven sources of energy, all of it is unsustainable, resulting in pretty much all of the misery we are seeing.

The only way out is for all countries to go as quckly as possible to distributed solar power, that is the only kind of energy which is donated to us for free, and which adds Joules to the Joules already put to use on Earth (ie used by nature already to create things) therefore the use of it requires no extraction and thus no promises to pay.

To get the funding for it, banks and governments have to be convinced to formally acknowledge this, that the financial debt of humanity as stands, is actually an energy deficit to our planet which has to be reversed, and the only way of reversing it is by use of solar energy, including full monetisation of the solar energy product already received and put to use, per Austrian Economics, so massive stimulus can be issued in lieu of receiving future monetised solar power, thus providing funding for all people to implement local solar energy infrastructure with no further delay. No grids are needed with this distributed solar power, even existing vehicles can be put back into use with minimal conversion needed to convert to hydrogen generated by excess hydrogen fuel from distributed community solar power hydrogen backup facilities.

Even electric cars can be quickly converted to dual hydrogen jelectrical use just by swapping out the battery for a reversible fuel cell.

All is possible, very quickly, if the banks and governments would just admit now that this has to be done, to avoid further destruction and misery.

It even solves the problem of wars, all countries instantly become energy independent.

What are they waiting for?
