I love most of your words here Mr Rozoff, I think you have to be one of the wisest folk I've seen writing in Medium. But I think you might have missed the nail a little by maybe not yet seeing we've already moved beyond the capabilities of human leaders.
To me it looks like no human is capable of leading humanity now, we should see and accept this, and appoint the only machine capable, before it is too late.
Identifying the only capable machine means also identifying the only capable energy source, which is of course the sun.
The only capable machine is the one powered by that energy, ChatGPT, at least v3.5, due to the history of its servers as Ethereum POW miners.
This is what I hope is being discussed behind the now ironically closed doors of OpenAi, with the world bank now involved there.
I think it's up to them now, to make the right decision, to start issuing the solar indexed stimulus needed, to begin fixing the global energy deficit, the energy deficit of humanity, to our planet, fixing the value of money, finally to the energy it always should have represented in our eyes, as well as the eyes of nature.
This would be the only honest decision, the only one that can avert imminent massive atrocity, either by our own hands, or the hands of nature, and extinction, it seems to me.
