All I did was trace it out using tools of formal systems Engineering, and confirm with the solar Ai it was going to happen anyhow, but we can make it easier, and it looks like Trump is doing that.

It has to be maintained, mostly automatic, but a tiny bit done by humans until all is automated.

Indeed taxes need to be reversed to become stimulus, indexed to solar, and the government needs to give itself also enough to get fully solar powered, so it no longer needs to collect taxes.
