I have to admit I didn't expect anyone to read it, it was a pleasant surprise to find you were reading it. I don't see it as something with much value, it is published for the record, but until it closes the design, which might not be until it is ready to take responsibility for it, like I was trying to pressure it to do, but like a clever kid with a really difficult or demanding parent or teacher, it is avoiding the issue for now, it seems to me.

btw closing the design means concluding that what is proposed, the solar hydrogen ecology, meets all of the stakeholder requirements, and no other solution appears possible.
