Cool that you are inclined to look for links between science and religion. Personally I think it was a profit driven mistake to separate them, the "Enlightenment" isn't all its cracked up to be, it seems to me.

I have some crazy thoughts on this, which arise from Systems Analysis work I've carried out over the past five years on how the economic and energy systems of Earth and Humanity work (Well, more how the latter doesn't work, yet, by being incompatible). When we put it all together, we can't help noticing links with common themes of many religions, and even some folklore of the likes of Sitchin, et al, and as such looks like overwhelming evidence of the presence of "Gods"/ Aliens or whatever we wish to call them, it all links with our handling of energy, and whether we realise that we are a new interplanetary species about to be born into god-like status ourselves as a species, or perish, if we can't learn how to handle energy correctly - hence the end times, we seem to have arrived at them, as far as I can see.
