I guess this means you don't agree with the logic given in the article. Just one problem, you don't seem to present logic or evidence in your response, only your opinion.
I agree with the article, what we are seeing stacks up with also the global energy problem. In the end it is lack of energy that physically kills us. Money is the medium used to remove our energy. Large sums of money are effectively large amounts of stored energy. In an economy still run aa if it is zero-sum, maximising the energy of the minority literally starves the majority of energy.
We can see this is happening, but maybe only if we ourselves are not one of the minority, and even then if we have no ambitions ourselves to become one of the minority.
Not seeing this simple logic just indicates maybe you have ambitions.
Put simply, yours is the standard mindset of investors, we see it a lot.
I used to be an apple fan too. But honestly I don't know anyone who still insists on owning one, other than folk who want to boast of their relatively greater wealth. So I agree with the author of the article.
