I go through waves of this also, have been doing so since beginning writing in Medium. The important thing is to recover, I think. Every time a new, bad development happens, we might get knocked down, but the important thing is to keep bouncing back, it seems to me. The fact that you are writing about this says to me you are bouncing back. Do keep bouncing back :)
