I gave my car away last weekend. I am lucky enough to live in a town centre location, and now not commuting to work, on principle.

So I don’t need it any longer.

It was a beautiful car that I shared many memories with, towing caravans all over the country, sometimes living near client sites, so I was expecting to feel some sadness on giving it away, but it actually felt great, being free of it.
