I dunno Des. Wading into the quagmire of the logistics of war seems like looking at the trees when we should be looking at the forest - the global energy problem tying us into business for profit (Hence war), and energy extracted from the planet (Not least by the energy wasted in the detonation of weapons). We could fix that tomorrow if by some miracle everyone had the same mindwarp at the same moment. I have no idea how to make something like what is needed happen.
