I don't know which ones of you are right and wrong in this very interesting technical discussion, but isn't it a mute discussion, if the levels of radiation we would be seeing capable of fusing all electrical circuits including even in EMP and radiation hardened weapons, would probably do the same thing in our own heads, so we would all be dead anyway? :)
