I don't know how much of this is true but if it is true, that outcome maybe suits the motives also of the US.

Joe appears to have personal motivation and reason to wish Ukraine cleared of all evidence of the Biden business in Ukraine during the run-up to the Russian incursion.
Throwing 50 Billion worth of weapons into Ukraine, on the news that Russia was on the warpath in Ukraine, then just looks like sending in the cleaners,
Sorry if that thought is too horrendous for innocent smiling Joe supporters to get their heads around, but it has to be said now it had to be in many heads now including folk like Elon Musk, following the Biden laptop twitter saga.
