I don't know about you Will, but I see folk who can't see how it all works contributing to the system all the time, flicking in and out of system agent mode, a lot. We do it by dividing and allowing the system to conquer us, when we point at "them over there", who we are actually fully interchangeable with (we would do the same as they do in their position, they are actually forced to do what they do, or at least they believe they are).
The fact is we are all, every human, experiencing a world of dwindling availability of physical energy, and a world becoming very hostile as a result of our persistent extraction of energy from it.
We won't see this, can't see it, as long as we are saying its their fault, not our fault, when actually it's all of our fault, we all live on the one planet and have trashed it, together, blissfully unaware.
It's a kind of virtue signalling, to try to claim innocence in this system where everyone is damned to compete to the death or die.
If we only see part of the problem we might be able to see the doom of it, but we'll never see the only solution which is dictated by the whole problem.
