I don't agree everyone who experienced "connecting with god", connected with the same deity or spirit of all things.
The "god" that recommended storing up grain for seven years to prepare for a famine it predicted coming, wasn't any creative deity of life.
The same "god" instructing genocide, or instructing how to prepare for something that looked like an ancient form of germ warfare, in the events of the passover, wasn't any creative deity of life.
The people fooled by that "god" can't be blamed for not being evolved enough to understand systemically what was going on, and what would be the ultimate outcome of it, the destruction of Earth.
What was going on, appears to be the setup of the system of energy slavery that started about then, which we've all been drawn into since then, to find ourselves now facing planetary catestrophe on many fronts, and it's all done by the energy lie of profit, which extracts all energy, all life from the planet, throwing this to heat, which is entropy, that we measure by temperature which is now on the redline of flashpoint, where our forests are bursting into flames around us, and there are wars and genocide going on all over the planet, all escalating to a nuclear armageddon.
We seem to be really at the end of days.
The crucifixion of christ in this context looks like just another event of traumatisation that the earliest form of energy slavery, a live emergent property a learned behaviour associated with us all operating for profit, required to happen, in order for us to be sufficiently traumatised to never question profit, which is basically just the theft of the energy of one human, by another.
That theft has to be propagated through all humans, in order for each human to have life in the system of all others practicing it, before eventually landing on the planet, which is the only thing that can supply more energy out than in for any length of time.
