I can't imagine Russian ships sailing for the US Scott, but nuclear weapons flying thick and fast ini all directions, I can imagine, and have since as long as I can remember, we have bunkers in UK created in the sixties and seventies, when the old cold war was at its height, us kids were thouroughly conditioned to believe we were on the edge of nuclear war, with Russia, throughout my younger life.
The big guns would come out, for the bigger foes I think, not only by Russia, but also by the US, and UK and well... everyone with big guns (Nukes)
This is why I believe war is actually an extension of the energy problem, which at its heart, is profit, driving us to do all things, tying us into the energy by extraction only loop.
War is just the culmination of a profitable relationship, this is how the profitable relationship has to end, with one or the other party having had its energy resources constently transferred to the other party, the only thing left it can do, when energy runs critically low, is violence.
The amount of destructive, polluting energy that would be released by such a war would wipe out pretty much all remaining life on Earth, there would not be a bunker capable of sustaining life under those conditions, the environment would be so badly damaged, nothing could live.
The worrying thing to me is that not more people seem to be saying anything like this, most seem to think that a war with Russia would be perfectly survivable, maybe even winnable.
To me what is happening is as a result of profit driven dialog, which has become smudged confused by advertising dialog. Advertising, the fine art of selling things by telling only selective truths about things, leaving out the parts that don't sell the product, is what we are getting as "News" now. Folk think that propaganda is only created by bad leaders, but actually it is created by all people, talking in a kind of advertising dialog, because we are all profit driven, all of us, even the charities.
This thing of gender being mixed up by "politically correct" ways to speak, such as removing all gender related words, like even just mom and dad, as is being enforced by Oxfam, on its relief workers, for example, is actually driven by a need for the organisation to collect monies most effectively from the public, who are sold Oxfam.
As energy in money gets thinner and thinner, all companies, and all organisations are struggling more and more to stay solvent, competing with one another, hence we are now in this nightmare of all dialog becoming just sales pitch, for one agenda or another.
As I've been writing, for six years now, nature has effectively pushed a plate towards us. On it is food (Solar product) we can eat without having to suck it (Using profit) from mom (Earth), who's nipples we've been on as a species, forever.
The problem is no-one seems to know how to just eat that food, we only know how to suck.
Eating it, begins when we issue money on it, instead of issuing money on debt (the promise to suck).
Every plant learns how to stop sucking when it forms leaves, humanity just needs to do the same, then all wars will be superseded, instantly, the moment money is issued on solar product.
