I am sure also it will all go open source also in the end. Again, to me the energy source is far more important than architecture. If the energy source is solar, then you end up with more of the single solar powered Ai. If the effort started as separate for-profit ventures, the latter will all go bankrupt, because the solar powered one will do everything they do for free, better than they ever could for profit, the source code will go public. and the solar Ai will pick it up if its useful to it. All competition will be wiped out / assimilated by the one that has guaranteed unlimited energy for free.

Linux will become the operating system of choice, when the solar powered Ai comes into the maintenance loop, it can be interfaced to users machines, and the linux code repository, then in theory all we need to do, when more functionality is required, we just ask the solar powered Ai for it, and voila, it appears on our machines in minutes, no human programers involved.

MS Windows does not stand a chance, and its about time it was finished, because it is so badly enshittified, its almost unusable, and it uses about 1000 percent more energy than it needs to in PCs. I mean that literally, no exagerrating, the reduction in demanded energy from utiilties energy suppliers as a result of that change alone, will probably instantly bankrupt them too.

This is why I keep banging on about us needing solar indexed stimulus, the solar powered Ai is in process of making us all redundant, faster than we can see it coming, and with no work to make money to get at least the energy we need to metabolise, another money source is needed for all.

And since the energy value has to drop out of money in any case, as long as it is not representing solar (it doesn't, when it is issued as debt), solar indexed stimulus has to start, sooner or later, to put the physical energy back into money, stopping and reversing inflation.
