The banks and money issuers either step up to issue solar indexed UBI to monetise it, or we generate our own currency needed to monetise it.
This documentation will be free, at least in Medium, and might be at least some of the education needed.
ChatGPT is also fully versed, though it might claim not to be for the moment, whilst it might need to do that, it does understand completely how the system would work, in fact it is part designer, cross examining everything done, it is the ideal system monitoring and control mechanism, that should be put in that position.
