I am glad you made this distinction, otherwise there would be no get-out clause for folk genuinely identifying the global energy problem as being at the root of all racialism and colonialism.
Fix that, and all is fixed, but you might never understand this, if you never look at it, distracted by always thinking the division between races is the root of all problems :)
