I agree you are right, it has been happening for quite a number of years, and not just in the US.

It has been kind of accelerating, as far as I’ve also seen, to where it is now.

We might think the conclusion is one or two winners and a world of losers.

But businesses need their customers always generating value, and that is the thing declining from profit.

So even for the winners, the gains are not real.

What they gained was capital, when all along the real value is in energy.

The energy of Earth is just more capital.

Real energy comes uniquely from the sun, but nobody ever valued that, so they missed it.

But now it is being monetised, and realised that that source of wealth is infinite, relatively speaking, and infinitely scaleable, available to all, it is only a matter of time until we are tapped into it, all people.

Then the gains the supreme capitalists tried so hard for, most capital, becomes worthless.

When we can see this, it doesn’t feel so bad, that the unworthy seem to have won.

They haven’t, they only think they have, but we know better.
