I agree with your sentiment but this just looks like revenge capitalism. Even if we could get agreement from those perceived to be in possesion of all of the wealth (And thus all of the power), the end result would be no change to a system which would inevitably revert to the default state of depriving the many to benefit the few.

What is needed, is an external source of donated wealth which is made available to all people.

This seems to be physically already there, but currently masked by folk with capital, however much, wishing to maintain the value of it.

Use of it also solves the environmental problem.
