I agree with you, for anyone who wants to have a career, this is all great advice, I can testify to having used most of this successfully myself. But now having done it and reached the pinnacle of my own career, to the top of elite Engineering, I can see the folly of it all now, the effect it has on energy, is the thing destroying us as a species now, the reason we had covid, the reason we have cancer, the reason we went no further than walking on the moon, the reason we are losing all capability of publicly available commercial flight, far less supersonic commercial flight, the reason oil prices went negative whilst the dollar went up, on the issue of truly massive stimulus, and why all currencies are dropping now, and why we are on the edge of nuclear war.
Either we change, or we are done, it seems to me.
Careers were a thing of yesterday, and I know it probably doesn't sound fair to say young folk now can't have what we had, but they could have something far better. The thing that always frustrated me most as a technical elite working in big business was the number of times we saw the technical best solutions being swept aside, and even "Sat on", or even destroyed, in favor of profit. Profit always wins. As long as the possibility of it exists, we will continue to see all things going backwards.
To finish it, we have to start issuing money reflecting the solar product already being received. It is already GW in every country, that is an awful lot of free money that needs to be handed out, to all people, and with that, every one will have the same opportunities as Elon Musk, Jeff Besos, or any other billionaire, they will be able to compete, taking the very best technical ideas to market, with no possibility of being squashed by bigger players, everyone will be playing on an equal level.
That would be us moving from Capitalism, to Energyism, it seems to me.
Best of all, we would not have to be eying up the fuel reserves of other countries, for our energy, we would be truly self sufficient, therefore no need for war.
