I agree with you, but there is plenty of time for you to move to solar powering your community, after you get solar indexed stimulus, including to equip your community installation with hydrogen as necessary for your community to contribute to creating hydrogen which, as well as providing non-lithium based energy backup for your community, will remove energy from the heating power of the sun at the rate of 39kWhrs per kg hydrogen created, regardless of efficiency, so as to reverse the temperature rise, whilst keeping all aerospace airborne, and also to boost future financial solar indexed stipend for all, as well as providing means for your community to even create its own non-planetary resource dependent food (See "Solein" - hydrogen is the input energy component)

The only question remaining, is will the stimulus start to be issued before loss of too much more energy value in money, to empower you to equip your community?
