I agree nuclear is a very bad idea, and wrote a story about that from the point of view of UK today, but noted you seem to be in agreement with Geoengineering. I see that as the opposite of the solution, we have to go solar powered, completely solar powered, like all of nature is. The biggest mistake of all is not spotting that all energy comes from the sun, and we have to use it, like nature uses it, it seems to me.
