I agree it is a system that is required. A non-profit collaborative system which applies the same rules to all to collectively assess between us, the grand Jury, what is good and bad, and reward accordingly.

Punishment does not need to be built in as we are already really good at that, it is rewarding appropriately which seems at fault.

Also funding, it has to break the grand energy Ponzi of financial capitalism, to get us off the stored energy of the earth and all living things on it, into the mains power socket that is the sun.

With that done everything else falls into place.
