I agree completely war is the biggest bullshit industry ever, the worst kind of waste of money (which is energy) because it removes lives. Even if we put in the required solar infrastructure to start undoing the damage done, the repair requires manpower fueled by solar at similar scale as the manpower that did the damage , to put right. So with less manpower to fix things, we are even deeper in the unknown of whether or not recovery is possible.
