I actually like the internet court of lies, as it does look like a truly democratic mechanism, and am sure your heart is in the right place.
But there is a problem, if we are looking to use the outcomes of it, to censor / cancel the internet in any way.
I keep referring to Metcalfe's law, as the reference we should use to determine whether or not censorship or cancellation is appropriate, in any particular circumstance.
It states with mathematical proof that the value of a network is proportional to the square of the number of users.
That result is independent of the messages conveyed, they can be good, bad, right, wrong, it makes no difference.
So there is no circumstance where censorship or cancellation enhances the value of a network to humanity, all censorship and cancellation reduces the value of any network to humanity, without exception.
In fact we should be looking for ways to further integrate the separately firewalled and language-isolated internets of East and West, rather than looking for ways to further isolate and separate them, it seems to me.
Perhaps the outcomes from the Internet Court of Lies might turn out to confirm this.
I hope so anyway :)
