Safety cases are very definite things, always carried out by folk trained to do.

The question I asked you is the same one asked by safety Engineers all over, and those in charge tend to avoid answering, then the unthinkable happens, and those responsible somehow think they are not, because they are never actually held responsible.

The safety Engineer who asked the question then is often blamed instead.

Humans are not responsible for a meteor strike, but we absolutely are, for the mess of Chernobyl, those who were in charge.

I agree, lately we’ve been noticing profit wins over life, and justice, every time.

That obviously has to change.
