How will it be powered? What will be the input energy for it, and how will this to transported to all humans in order they get the energy they need to metabolise, and will use of that energy push temperature up, or down? How will it be instigated, what is the roll out plan if one is needed. What is the catalyst. Who or what will pay for it all? Who or what will the ultimate authority in charge, or will it just run itself?
