How do you think that data is measured? Who do you think measures it? It is the emitters themselves who produce the data. Do you think they would ever produce data that would put themselves out of business?
It is incredibly naive to think it is anything like accurate, and pretty pontless, even dangerous
basing any kind of analysis on it, in my opinion.
