Hehe this is funny and so true, thanks for confirming it wasn't just me thinking it :)

It is my humble opinion that mindfulness and meditation have become part of a massive ego trip here in the West. We have grafted our Puritan work ethic onto them and now we are a bunch of little capitalists sitting on mats trying to “win” the meditation contest.
